Day 7

I'm a little late writing day 7, but I was too tired to write last night. Tuesday night I didn't get much sleep because the little girl that was staying with us fell off the bed... (she was in a bed right next to us) so all night i kept watching to make sure she didn't fall off again. She twisted and turned all night.... as much as Isaiah squirms I have a feeling that was a lesson for me! So yesterday I was kinda tired. I bought baby food for Isaiah and was so surprised. A jar of baby food in the states is about $.40. The cheapest in the store here was $1.75! Needless to say, I will be making my own... which had been my plan anyway. I just hadn't had time because of our schedule. We went back to Tyre and the trip wasn't as hard as the past two times... still long and bumpy but maybe we are getting used to it. The Lord is pouring out so much grace. I also cooked my first REAL meal here today. Fish and veggies... it was sooooo good! Both of our bellies have been in shock the past couple of days. We have eaten a lot of Middle Eastern fast food. Since I cook at home and we don't eat out fast food in the states, this has been hard on our bellies. So the fish and veggies were so good for us. Please pray for our digestive sysytems though. We have both been having some digestive problems. I hope my honesty about the mundane things of life don't sound like complaining. Even in things that would be seen as an inconvenience truly haven't been for us. The Lord's grace is so sweet and sufficient. We are so thankful to Him.
A couple of other pray requests: Sean has been asked to preach this Sunday at the church in Tyre. So please pray for the Lord's guidance and help. Also we are praying about staying in Tyre for the majority of the week so that we don't have so many trips to make to Tyre. There is ministry almost everyday in Tyre from Wed. - Sun. So we would be able to be hands on so much more. We are waiting to see if our language teacher we be available to teach us in Beirut on Monday or Tuesday. This will mean that our weeks will be split between the two places, but so far this seems like the best senario. Also Bro. Walid is preparing to preach in Ireland, so pray for him as he prepares. Thank you for your prayers! Love you all!
