Day 4

I sit here watching Isaiah rolling all over the place! He wants to crawl so badly! He is trying! He could win any race rolling though.... with his toe in his mouth I might add!
Today was church. We drove to Tyre... which didn't take as long as Friday... but it was still a long trip. Even though it is only 50 miles... it seems to take forever! It makes I-95 seem like a drive in the park! We really enjoyed the Sunday school lesson. And the rest of the service. The work that the Lord is doing through the family in Tyre is so encouraging! They have 5 beautiful children of their own.... yet their apartment is always full of other children that they are teaching. The two oldest daughters seem to truly show fruit of their salvation. The 15 year old daughter prayed the other day and it reminded me of my friend Elzleen.... she was so mature for her age. You would have never dreamed she was only 15! We are really looking forward to spending more time with this family. Please pray for the mother. She teaches sunday school and youth group, evangelizes and teaches special needs students during the day... plus she has her own 5 children and home to care for. Pray that the Lord would give her energy and strength. She is so hospitable and kind. She has such a love for the children that come to hear of our Lord.
Tonight the youngest daughter (3 years old) is spending the night with us. We are keeping us for the next 2 days while her father travels. Please pray for us that the Lord would give us energy.. as we have not yet been able to catch up on sleep. We are still so tired... and it doesn't look like we are going to be able to catch up anytime soon. However- a huge praise is that last night Isaiah slept from 10pm - 7am. He normally sleeps from 7-7. So he still hasn't caught up yet either. We had to wake him up at 7 to leave for church. Hopefully we can let him sleep in tomorrow! I wish we could!
