Days 29-32

We are back in Beirut for a couple of days to have arabic class and do laundry. It seems like it has been such a long week. We've been in Tyre since Wednesday staying at the church. We are tired, but it has been very good. We spent most of our time with Said and Hanan. They, along with their children, have been such a blessing! I absolutely love their kids! It has also been very helpful for me to spend time with Hanan. She has helped me with some of the practical living questions I have had regarding grocery shopping, gifts, cooking, etc. Wednesday we had church. Thursday we spent the day at Said's house spending time with his family. Friday Sean, along with Mark, Don, and some other men went to evangelize. Saturday was our first time going to the youth meeting. Hanan and Said weren't able to be there... so Sean and I were in charge! Whew! Let me tell you, if I ever had a reason to learn the language... I had it Saturday! It was crazy... trying to get 23 kids under control without knowing their language.... oh my! The Lord blessed us in spite of ourselves... as He always does.
Isaiah is doing good... kinda fussy... but when I reported about his first tooth I was mistaken. Both of his front bottom teeth have come in at one time! Poor little guy! No wonder he has been a little fussy. Honestly he hasn't been that bad considering how much it must hurt! He is sitting up so big now. It is nice that he can sit on his own, but I'm ready for him to stop growing now. I want him to just stay where he is! Pray that we will get everything done that needs to be done in the next couple of day. Also pray as Walid, Don, and Mark travel to Ireland. Pray for their travels and pray that the Lord will give them grace in their preaching.
