we have arrived!

The Lord has been so gracious! We have just arrived after traveling for about 27 hours. We are exhausted but encouraged. I can't even put into words all that the Lord has done. When we first arrived at the airport we were immediately told that our flight was canceled! But we were there early enough that they put us on an earlier flight! Which was a blessing in many ways! We would have never made it to the international terminal in Chicago if we had taken our original flight. Then in our long flight (12 hours) we were given a seat with a bassinet. Through all three flights the Lord allowed Isaiah to be in the best mood! Even during the long flight! He didn't cry once! He slept and then charmed everyone on the plane! The last flight (after traveling for 24 hours) he fussed for about 15 minutes..... that was it the entire trip!!! Istanbul was the biggest most extravagant airport I have ever been to. Now we are home and are ready to get some rest. The time difference is 6 or 7 hours so it is almost 1 am. Praise the Lord for His grace! Thank you for all your prayers! - jessica
